Ah, Smitten Kitchen. The first food blog I fell in love with.
Deb at Smitten Kitchen is in a word amazing. She seems to be equally passionate about both cooking and baking, which in my experience, is unusual in that people usually fall in one or the other camp.

- said eggs are cooked in this super simple tomato sauce. This sauce, frozen in muffin pan pucks are a staple in my freezer (how I've tweaked the recipe to suite my taste will be another blog post)
- cauliflower soup also frozen in muffin pan pucks are another staple in my freezer. Hello emergency lunch for work!
